Gordon Hayward, NBA All-Star, FORM Co-founder
Gordon Hayward was an NBA All-Star forward known for his smooth shooting, high basketball IQ, and ability to contribute across multiple areas of the game. After leading Butler University to an unexpected NCAA Championship appearance in 2010, he was drafted ninth overall by the Utah Jazz, where he quickly became a key player. Gordon has enjoyed a successful career with the Jazz, Boston Celtics, and, most recently, the Charlotte Hornets. His resilience and consistent on-court production earned him a reputation as a dependable and adaptable player.
Off the court, Hayward has cultivated a variety of passions and pursuits. A devoted family man, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Robyn, and their four children.

Emerson Kampen, Former NCAA Player/Coach and FORM Co-founder
Emerson Kampen is known for his leadership and strategic mind as an assistant coach for the Butler Bulldogs. As a coach, Emerson played a crucial role in player development and game strategy, helping to guide Butler to several successful seasons. A former player for Butler University, Emerson was part of the program during its iconic back-to-back NCAA Championship runs in 2010 and 2011. His experience as a player has greatly influenced his coaching approach, emphasizing teamwork, hard work, and a strong basketball acumen.
Emerson is committed to mentoring young athletes, both on and off the court. He’s actively involved in programs that promote youth development and leadership, using his platform to inspire and support the next generation of players.

Paul George, NBA All Star for the Philadelphia 76ers and FORM Ambassador
Paul George is an NBA forward for the Los Angeles Clippers. Renowned for his two-way ability, scoring, perimeter defense, and leadership, Paul has earned multiple All-Star selections throughout his career and has solidified his place among the NBA’s premier players.
His ability to balance a demanding professional career with personal passions and creative projects has made him a respected figure, both for his on-court excellence and his endeavors in the wider world. In addition to his basketball career, Paul hosts Podcast P with Paul George, where he offers insights into the NBA, player experiences, and life beyond basketball. Paul is committed to philanthropy and community involvement, focusing on causes that support children and education.

Her ability to guard multiple positions and score efficiently has made her a key asset for her team. A standout during her time at Stanford University, Lexie was instrumental in leading her team to the 2021 NCAA Championship, where her hustle, court awareness, and versatility shone through.
