Master these 4 key mechanics to improve your shot

SHOOTING HAND PLACEMENT
Are you holding the ball correctly?

Cradle the bottom of the FORM, ensuring a gap of space between the surface and your shooting hand. The FORM’s beveled edges and centered markers guide finger placement. Make sure your hand is centered with your thumb and little finger stretched out to the sides. This ensures consistent hand placement so it’s in the sweet spot for a straight shot. Every time.
